Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our established, physician-led rheumatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled APP who values autonomy with a collaborative specialty environment, clinical complexity, and long-term patient relationships.
Position Overview
- Manage a panel of established rheumatology patients
- Evaluate and treat autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
- Prescribe and manage DMARDs and biologic therapies
- Order and Interpret labs and imaging
- Perform joint injections
- Collaborate on complex cases with supervising physicians
- EMR-based documentation
- Outpatient-only setting
Compensation Structure
- Competitive guaranteed base salary ($105k-$145k)

Requirements:
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years APP experience (rheumatology a plus)
- Experience managing complex chronic disease a plus
- Comfortable with immunosuppressive and biologic therapy
- Efficient, independent clinical decision maker
- Licensed NP or PA-C in Virginia
