Job summaryBand 6 Research Nurse/AHP/Clinical Research Practitioner in Rheumatology Research Fixed term 23 months Part time 22.5 per week- Please be aware that the successful candidate may be recruited as a band 5 or band 6 based on level of research experience. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill this part time position in our rheumatology research team at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. The rheumatology research portfolio ranges from observational studies to interventional clinical trials with a focus on acute interventions, novel therapies and clinical measurement-based studies. We research a variety of conditions including: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, connective tissue diseases, osteoporosis/metabolic bone disease, and osteoarthritis. This role in particular will support rheumatology research but the post holder will need to be flexible to work in other related areas as demand arises. The role includes direct patient contact.
To fill this role we are looking for a highly motivated nurse/AHP(s)/clinical research practitioner who pride themselves on their excellent planning, attention to detail and flexibility. Previous research experience is desirable but not essential.
