Position Overview

Full-time outpatient clinic role
No inpatient or hospital responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
New patient evaluations and follow-ups
Joint exams and procedures
Medication management
Ordering and interpreting labs/imaging
EMR proficiency preferred (NextGen experience is a plus)
Collaborative and respectful team culture

Preferred Qualifications

Certified PA-C or NP-C with active (or eligible) Virginia license
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a medical office or hospital setting
Rheumatology experience is a plus—but not required!
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
