Valley Arthritis Care is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in Rheumatology or a closely related specialty such as Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Pain Management. This is an immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner seeking long-term stability, strong physician collaboration, and competitive compensation in an outpatient specialty practice.

Excellent support staff, many with 5+ years of tenure
Established referral base and stable patient volume
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and musculoskeletal conditions
Conduct follow-up visits, disease monitoring, and medication management
Perform joint injections and aspirations (training available if needed)
Review and interpret labs, imaging, and treatment plans
Collaborate with rheumatologists and clinical team
Educate patients on disease processes and treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation
Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
Minimum 1 year experience in Rheumatology or a closely related specialty (Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pain Management, or similar)
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Prior rheumatology or orthopedic experience
Joint injection or aspiration experience
EMR proficiency
Interest in long-term specialty practice
Full-time, daytime schedule
We close early every Friday!
